Guided Meditation

Session length 30-60 minutes



During our sessions together you can learn how to let go of the things that don't serve you, and focus on those things that give you joy and peace. You will learn how to connect to your mind-body and create from thoughts. Through conscious breathwork and guided awareness of each part of your body, you will gain awareness of what you need.

One of her main guided meditation tools that I work with is the process of RAIN. This therapy modality is  designed to teach you to self heal and self-regulate.

A meditator myself for many years, I took part in Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield's Power of Awareness training, in order to work with others. Guided meditations and visualisations can help you shift your mindset towards greater mental and emotional health. One of Tara Brach's main guided meditation tools that I work with is RAIN.
