Employing clinically proven methods to help you heal and grow, I utilise the present-oriented, problem-solving focused work of cognitive behavioural therapy combined with ACT (acceptance & commitment theory) and hypnotherapy to you reach your therapy goals. You are in the driver's seat, making the positives shifts towards your optimal mind-body health with me at your side, guiding and supporting you on your journey.  ​ We work on using your imagination and the increased suggestibility found in hypnosis to nurture and develop your awareness of the thoughts, emotions and behaviours that keep you stuck in the unhealthy life patterns, and empower you to make the positive shifts towards your optimal mental and physical health. This could include desensitisation to anxiety-producing situations, breaking unhealthy habits, developing self-confidence and developing skills to manage strong emotions, just to name a few. We will work together to help you self-regulate your emotions, to recognise that emotions are information and are not bad or harmful. Though the work is goal-specific, the outcome will have positive effects in all other areas of your life. ​​
