Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy

I can help you learn how to manage anxiety, change unwanted habits, deal with narcissists, gain confidence and empower yourself through the evidence-based practice of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. This method utilises the present-oriented, goal-focused work of cognitive behavioural therapy combined with hypnotherapy to help you reach agreed-upon therapy goals.
Prior to beginning therapy together we will have an initial free consultation, where we will decide together what your goals for therapy are, and how many sessions are agreed upon for the treatment. Generally, one issue can be resolved in 6-10 sessions, but this depends on the presenting issue and the underlying issues that are uncovered during the work. The work we will do together is to learn how to learn how to manage emotions, overcome unwanted habit behaviours, challenge negative beliefs and thoughts that are not helpful, and find more adaptive ways of coping.
