Tara Yoga & Wellness
Prenatal yoga combines pranayama (breath work), yoga poses and flows as well as meditation, designed specifically to prepare and support you through your wonderful journey to becoming a mother. This class is suitable for all expectant mothers regardless of their fitness level or experience with yoga.
Become part of a wonderful community of expectant mother with Tara, an experienced perinatal nurse and yoga teacher.
Please wear (or bring along) light, comfortable stretchy clothes suitable for sport as well as your own yoga mat and a bottle of water to keep hydrated. You are welcome to bring along any props you like, such as a bolster, blocks or a nursing pillow to support your body during savasana (relaxation period).
