Service Description
I work together with you to guide you into a meditative state which facilitates your ability to acknowledge & accept the information, sensations and emotions you receive from your mind-body. My work is informed by my training with Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield, and the therapeutic process of RAIN - Recognise - Allow - Investigate - Nurture. This therapy modality is designed to teach you to self heal and self-regulate. Learn more about RAIN here: https://www.tarabrach.com/rain-practice-radical-compassion/ Guided meditation sessions are set up based upon what you need, from guiding you through a specific meditation practice for a specific goal, to shamanic journeying or guided visualisations to help you work through issues that you are struggling with. The session can vary in time and content, and will depend on the information I receive from you both energetically and directly. In our everyday life, we are often overwhelmed by stimuli, often without even realising it. Sensations, emotions and thoughts keep us company all day long, whether we are conscious of it or not. Sometimes it is hard to distinguish between things that are worth your attention and energy right now and things that are demanding your attention, but are not helpful. Meditation helps you develop self-awareness, cognitive defusion, stabilise emotions and challenge unhelpful thought patterns.

If you need to cancel, please note that if the cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the session, you will not be refunded.
