I realised last night that I had said I would post a new poem each week and then promptly forgot as I dove into my yoga teacher training! Here is a poem I wrote last year in response to the disconnect I was feeling at the time. Now as we have been connecting virtually to each other for the last few months, it feels poignant and timely to post this.
