A typical session will begin with discussing and investigating to target the issues at the core of your mind-body health issues. We create a statement and work with this statement as we tap along the appropriate meridians.
Recommended treatment frequency is 1-2 times per week for a minimum of one month. Positive benefits may be experienced after 6-10 sessions, though some people will find that they require 10-20 sessions to fully work through complex issues. Your personal treatment plan will be developed together during the first session.
